The photograph was taken at sunset back in July 2020 on one of the largest swells from that season. This set almost closed out the bay and started breaking way up the reef towards Thomas beach, have a closer look at the pack of surfers scrambling for the horizon. 

We aim to produce the highest quality prints and have partnered with Tinta photo solutions here in Bali. For this print we decided to use museum grade, Hahnemühle German etching art paper.

Hahnemühle German etching is a traditional mould-made copperplate printing paper, characterized by its extraordinary velvety tactile feel and its fine, clearly defined felt structure. The unique surface texture adds a very special touch to images, showcasing them in all their splendor with impressive three-dimensional effect and depth.

This frame was hand crafted here in Bali using a rustic style teak frame, the print is mounted inside premium-grade soft white matt board and protected with a non-reflective U.V resistant glass.
